Final International University

International Final University (IFU) was established in 2015 in Girne, Northern Cyprus, through a collaboration between Final Education Institutions, a leading educational brand in Türkiye, and DMG-Akgünler Group, a leader in the tourism sector in Northern Cyprus. Final has been operating in education in Türkiye for over 42 years. To date, it has educated students at every level, from kindergarten to high school, in more than 600 educational institutions. Over four and a half million young people who have received education at Final Educational Institutions have achieved their dreams. It employs 21,000 people dedicated to this purpose. Final is also one of Türkiye's most effective brands in magazine and book publishing. In addition to all these activities, in 2015 it established the International Final University, thus including higher education activities in its educational portfolio. DMG-Akgünler Group, the other founder of our university, started its activities in 1978 under the name Akgünler Tourism and has continued with investments in accommodation, transportation, tourism marketing, production and cargo services, becoming a leader in its fields. It is also the investor in numerous tourism facilities, most notably Acapulco, one of the island's important hotels. It is also one of the leading organizations in the TRNC in tour organization, air and sea transportation. We believe that this strong partnership between Final Education Institutions, a leading educational institution in Türkiye, and DMG-Akgünler Group, a leading company in the tourism sector of the TRNC, will achieve great success in the field of higher education as well.
