Altinbas University
Altınbaş University is a foundation university in Istanbul, Turkey. The university was established in 2008 as Istanbul Kemerburgaz University and changed to its current name in 2017. Altınbaş University has more than 5000 international students from 89 countries, approximately 40% of the students are international. Altınbaş University, which accepted its first students in the 2011-2012 academic year, has rapidly progressed towards becoming an international research university through the breakthroughs it has achieved in a short period of time. In this context, it has continued to create added value in the field of science through patents, TÜBİTAK projects, and leadership at international congresses. Altınbaş University, which comprises 10 faculties, 1 Graduate Education Institute, and 2 colleges, offers a total of 26 undergraduate, 11 associate, 60 master's, and 13 doctoral programs. As part of its goal of becoming an international center of science, more than 6,000 of the over 10,000 students enrolled at the university come from 105 different countries.
